1.Description

Spray Roasting Line realize the Hydrochloric Acid Regeneration through the reaction between ferrous chloride and water in the roaster with a high temperature to form hydrochloric acid HCL and Fe2O3 achieve regeneration. In order to improve the purity of Fe2O3, silica removal devices can be configured. With the following characteristics: more than 90% hydrochloric acid can be recycled; the hydrochloric acid consumption can be reduced greatly in conjunction with pickling line; and increase the effect of acid pickling line. At present, the use of this technology is rather common in our country.
